Governing conditions for using Dazzlehomes service tools and quote engines
By accessing or using the Dazzlehomes website, quote generators, active catalogs, and chatbot interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these comprehensive terms of service. If you do not accept these rules, you must cease using our marketplace resources immediately.
Homeowners and partners must supply accurate, up-to-date, and true information on all form requests (names, phone numbers, location, requirements). You strictly agree not to utilize form triggers to submit automated spams, distribute malicious code, or collect information of registered vendors for external purposes.
Dazzlehomes operates an open matching directory. We coordinate callback assignments by transmitting lead requests to verified home improvement partners operating locally. While we strictly filter vendors, we do not employ them. We are not a general contractor, and final project agreements represent separate business contracts.
Commercial contracts, down payments, warranties, milestones, and material invoices are negotiated directly between the homeowner and the assigned verified vendor partner. Homeowners are solely responsible for verifying that pricing details, payment timelines, and material specs are cleanly documented in a signed agreement before work commences.
Dazzlehomes facilitates marketplace connections and verification audits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dazzlehomes shall not be held liable for any material damages, delays, structural cracks, financial losses, or vendor delivery disputes that occur during project executions. Our assistance is purely advisory via our Project Support channel.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising out of your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in New Delhi.
